Roadmaps & Intersections
Today’s fast-paced marketplace requires mutually beneficial partnerships to leverage creativity, experience and resources that can help us arrive at culturally responsive solutions that can contribute to achieving health equity in San Gabriel Valley. To that end, HSGV’s goal is to create a synergistic effect among organizations in the San Gabriel Valley, across sectors, that include health care systems, education, government, business and non-profit, as well as community stakeholders. HSGV embraces the assets of the region by convening our annual Roadmaps and Intersections forum to highlight the many cross-sector initiatives in our region.
In 2020, Roadmaps and Intersections was held on February 20, 2020 at the Woman’s Club in Azusa. The theme, Beyond the Band-Aid: Building Networks for Sustainable Impact, conveyed our goal of creating a region that will affirm and support our message of the Power in Collaboration.
